F.I.T. 4 LIFE Development is a groundbreaking non-profit organization

The acronymn stands for Fitness and Intellectual Training for LIFE Development.  We combine both physical fitness and academia to foster positive growth in our athletes.  We work to instill three (3) key principles:

The Knights were the first team to ever represent the state of Georgia at the AAU Jr. Olympics (2008) and the Folkstyle World Championships (2006).  We are the only subordinate AAU athletic club to compete in the sport of wrestling, and again this year (2009) we will represent the state of Georgia at championship competitions across the country.  Below is a complete list of the competitions that we intend to compete at this year:

  • Folkstyle World Championships: April 9 - April 11 (Des Moines, IA) - Seven Medals Awarded! (1 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze, 4 Copper)
  • AAU Grand Nationals: June 11 - June 13 (Brookings, SD)
  • AAU Scholastic Duals: June 21 - June 26 (Orlando, FL) 
  • AAU Jr. Olympics: August 3 - August 7 (Des Moines, IA)
